With the seasons changing, the weather can quite literally be sweltering one minute and chilly the next, which is why layering is a must for me.  Other than being practical (something I’m not usually referred to as), adding layers creates texture and complexity and can make an outfit a bit more interesting.

I am a loyal Current/Elliott devotee when it comes to their amazingly comfortable jeans.  The brands street chic vibe is also seen throughout their cozy sweatshirts and effortless tees.  Since ripping through the packaging (like a 5 yr old on Christmas morning), to reveal the cool, gray leopard print, I have worn this top with everything.  Cheesy I know, but the “cool” factor is undeniable when wearing anything Current/Elliott.

Sweatshirt: Current/Elliott, Chambray top: Nordstrom, Jean: J brand, Shoes: Mulberry (similar here, here & here), Sunnies: Wayne Cooper (similar here), Clutch: Clare Vivier, Bracelets: vintage (similar here)

  1. The slate-blue, button-down looks so cool with the gray and black pattern! The combination is phenomenal as the shoes just complete the ensemble…
