All lined up

It’s no secret, I am a stripe lover and there is nothing better than a good mix of two pieces in that family.  The thin mixed with the wide, the navy against the black-all of differences helped elevate an otherwise basic jacket and tee. The tee I’ve had for a bit, but I added the boucle Marant a few weeks ago as an investment piece I knew would work on every level.  The fact that it combined, black and white, stripes and the nubbiness of the boucle-it was a no-brainer!

Ciao Stripes

I stumbled upon Frank & Eileen’s fabulous linen tops several years ago when a sunshine yellow one caught my eye in Barneys. It was such a happy piece and the airiness of the linen made me want to book a flight to Cinque terre, Italy immediately.  Years later, and many more additions from F&E, I still love the luxe fabric and fun colors and patterns.  I will definitely be packing this one when we head to Europe later in the year.
