And I’m back!!! I know Wishbone went silent for a couple of weeks (Aussie jet lag) #thestruggleisreal. Now that I’m almost back on East Coast time, I couldn’t wait to share some of the amazing food, experiences and of course fashion with you!
We were lucky enough to hit 2 weeks of amazing Spring weather in Sydney and took full advantage with daily walks over my favorite bridge, beachside dining, and catching up with friends and family.
Already missing the Vegemite toast 🙂

Over the weekend, I decided to continue a new obsession of mine…matcha. This super tea was first introduced to me years ago, but I really gained an appreciation for it when we went to Japan. Matcha straight from the source is like nothing else and the vibrant green color is mesmerizing.
With a weekly trip to Tokyo out, I searched for the best matcha spots locally. Matcha Bar, in Brooklyn is my top pic. These guys are the real deal, taking trips and sourcing their match directly from Japan. In West Village I found Chalait, complete with some of the best avo toast in the city. The iced matcha latte with almond milk is delish.
With at least 5 more locations still on my list, I will happily continue the matcha hunt 🙂
