Hands down, Sunday’s are my favorite day of the week and this one past, although chilly, was super relaxing. Totally over the snow, I decided my gray direction needed a pop of color. Brunch, followed by a stroll through the Winter wonderland that was Central Park ended with yummy nibbles and the Oscars.

I have always been obsessed with over-sized sweaters and delish knits. There is nothing better that snuggling into soft layers to escape a cold, windy day. I’ve been fortunate to come across some amazing pieces for this years cold snap and am actually excited at the thought of a chill in the air. I definitely had to up my knit game when we moved to NYC. What I thought were substantial sweaters were no match for a Northern Winter. This years lineup is sure to keep me nice and toasty 🙂
Sweater: French Connection (also love this one-25% off: TGIFALL), Jeans: J Brand, Shoes: Nicholas Kirkwood, Sunnies: Celine, Clutch: Elizabeth & James.
As of late, I’ve found my wardrobe seems to evolve over the course of the day. Layers go on, jackets come off, hair gets pulled back…you get the picture. Weather and the types of meetings I have usually influence these shifts. I decided instead of lugging around a massive bag full of clothing options, why not embrace how each piece can become part of a more interesting collaboration.
