The sleeve is king this season! Bell, ruffled, oversized, puffed-I’ve seen it all.
The queen of the statement sleeve is Caroline Constas and while I’m in love with each and every piece, my 5’1 frame is many times swallowed in the layers of volume. Because of this, I usually choose a top that’s not “over the top” with all the bells and whistles 🙂
