Africa

Although it is on my top 3 list of places I’d love to visit, I have not yet been to Africa.  I have always been intrigued by the wildlife and the fact that you have the option to observe the residents in their natural habitat during a safari, would be amazing!  After seeing David Attenborough’s special on the continent, I was ready to pack my bags, but until our tickets are booked, I will have to accept the closest I will get to an elephant will be on my shorts this Summer 🙂

City

City living has really been a huge factor in the evolution of my style over the years, and with my recent move, I can see this trend will continue.  Growing up in a smaller town, my fashion sense was always influenced solely by how an item looked, never functionality.  Having lived in Sydney and now NYC, where walking is my transport and the weather is never constant, wardrobe selection must include layers and functionality.  An easy denim jacket, warm scarf for the cooler morning and a city short, made for transitional perfection.
